"Since working with Natalie, my life has transformed into a mindfulness, forgiveness, and self discovery journey. To anyone reading this and considering getting help, I would say it would be one of the greatest gifts you could grant yourself."
"Natalie has helped me discover what it feels like to have freedom from food. I no longer obsess over it, nor does it control my life. She has taught me through compassion, self love, and emotional regulation that I can eat the foods I love."
"Above all, Natalie helped me believe that I was competent and capable to achieve my goal. I now bake and cook for my family and friends several times a week."
“My coaching experience has been critical in my recovery. Working with Natalie has not only helped me recover from my eating disorder but has also helped my anxiety and depression.”
"I use to spend so much time planning my meals, weighing myself, planning what I'd order at restaurants ahead of time. Now I can go without worrying and am focused on trying good food & making connections with whomever I'm eating with."

I understand this journey personally, having once battled with chronic dieting, binge eating, and a tumultuous relationship with food and my body.
Through my experience, I learned that the crux of disordered eating extends beyond food. It’s intricately tied to issues of shame and disconnection.
In founding the CommunEATy, my mission is to guide you through the multifaceted challenges of disordered eating, helping you find true freedom and peace with food.
MEET YOUR GUIDE ON YOUR pathway to peace:
Registered Psychotherapist (RP) | Master of Psychology (MPsy)
You are likely the perfect fit! CommunEATy fills the gap for women who don’t have a diagnosis, as it can be challenging to access care when you don’t meet certain criteria, or when you’ve already been through a treatment program and are still wanting support.
Disclaimer: This membership is not intended to replace comprehensive eating disorder treatment. While we may address eating disorder terminology at times, the information we offer is for supportive and educational purposes only.
We completely understand. Joining a group can feel intimidating, and being vulnerable around others is hard. But don’t you think you’ve felt isolated for long enough? Based on the rapid progress I’ve seen in clients who work in a group setting, I exclusively offer group coaching in the CommunEATy. Believe me — group is where the real transformation happens.
If you're concerned about not having enough time for your own needs, rest assured, CommunEATy is a low-volume membership. We intentionally keep the number of members small to make sure everyone gets the personalized support they deserve.
Absolutely! The CommunEATy complements formal therapy and/or dietetic treatment. Plus, research demonstrates that a supportive community enhances treatment goals, self-worth, and a sense of belonging and purpose, while reducing societal stigmas.
Note: Joining the CommunEATy does not require working with a therapist or dietitian. This program can serve as standalone support for individuals seeking to heal their relationship with food, body image and self-worth.
CommunEATy requires a 6-month commitment. While most members start seeing changes long before that time, 6 months is typically the minimum needed to get where you want to be and to see lasting progress. The work we do in CommunEATy is challenging and designed to build resilience. In my professional opinion, offering a way to exit early would be a disservice to your growth, especially when life gets busy or discouraging—times when this work is most crucial. It’s important to commit fully to the process, trusting that the discomfort is often where the transformation happens.
Here’s how I like to think about investments: take the price out of the equation for a moment. What’s the cost of staying exactly where you are for the rest of your life? What opportunities and experiences will you miss out on if you keep following the same path? How much more money and time will you keep giving to diet culture’s endless pressure? If the weight of that burden feels heavier than the cost of the program, then investing in yourself becomes an easy choice. Plus, the benefits you gain from these 6 months in the membership will stay with you for a lifetime — making this investment truly a no-brainer.
The more you engage with the membership, the more you’ll get out of it!
At minimum, expect to spend one to two hours per week. For maximum engagement, expect 15-20 hours per month if you utilize every resource (i.e. workshops, group coaching, community support, coursework).
Yes, you can create a nickname or use an avatar. However, for safety and engagement, cameras are required to be on during group sessions. If privacy is a concern, you’re welcome to angle your camera away from you, like toward the ceiling.
That said, you'll get so much more out of the membership when you show up as you are. Healing is about confronting the shame that lies at the root of food and body struggles. This space is here for you to challenge yourself and step outside of your comfort zone, and doing so will truly accelerate your growth.
All live sessions are recorded, and members receive access to all replays to watch on their own time.
Live events also rotate in days and times to accommodate different schedules. Group Coaching Calls take place once a week on Tuesdays at 1pm EST or Thursdays at 7pm EST. Workshops and other live events vary in days/times.
We accommodate members from various time zones, including those in Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong, and we regularly poll members to ensure we’re meeting needs and expectations.
No, refunds are not offered, given the nature of the membership.
Once you're enrolled, your spot is secured, and there are no cancellations or refunds. If you're unsure whether this program is the best fit for you, I'd be happy to schedule a consultation call with you.
If you resonate with any below, this community might be what you’re looking for:
You want to spend less time perfecting your meals and body, and more time doing the work to rediscover your self-worth and find inner peace.
You are done with rigidity and restriction, and ready to pursue a fuller, more flexible life, free of frequent food thoughts or unnecessary guilt.
You are ready to feel more comfortable in your body and happier in life—you just need a roadmap and interactive guidance to facilitate the process.
You feel alone in your struggles with food and body image and are looking for a community that understands, supports and and educates.
You’re looking for daily or weekly motivation to maintain a balanced relationship with food and your body.
While many programs focus solely on food behaviours, CommunEATy dives deeper.
From my personal and professional experience, I understand that challenges with food stem from underlying psychological issues. By addressing core concerns like self-worth and identity, the CommunEATy offers a holistic approach that aims for lasting freedom.
I hope you’ll join us!
